The frequency of ProMED-mail posts and digests is determined by the volume of traffic. The average in English has been 7 posts per day, 7 days a week, or one or two digests per day. ProMED-PORT, ProMED-ESP, and ProMED-FRA are less frequent.

ProMED-mail Subscribers are automatically enrolled as full Members of the international Society for Infectious Diseases with all of the benefits that apply. This includes FREE access to the International Journal for Infectious Diseases (through May 2012).
